Reservation Policy:
Payment in full is required to guarantee your reservation for stays of 3 nights or less. Reservations of 4 or more nights require a 50% deposit, balance due at check-in. Deposits, in the form of a cheque, must be received within 7 days of booking. Separate reservation policy for groups.

Cancellation Policy:
You are responsible for the full length of your reservation. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, we must have at least 14 days notice for refund of deposit. In the case of 13 or fewer days notice, or shortend stays, refunds will be made subject to our ability to re-rent the room for the period of that reservation. All cancellations are subject to a handling fee of 20%. Separate cancellation policy for groups.
