Reservation Policy:
Payment in full is required to guarantee your reservation for stays of 2 nights or less. Reservations of 3 or more nights require a 50% deposit, balance due at check-in. Deposits, in the form of a cheque, must be received within 7 days of booking. Separate reservation policy for groups.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, we must have at least 5 days notice for refund of deposit. In the case of 4 or fewer days notice, or shortend stays, refunds will be made subject to our ability to re-rent the room for the period of that reservation. Separate cancellation policy for groups.
(We happily accept credit or debit cards upon arrival however we do ask that advance payments/deposits be in the form of a cheque)
